  Below her portrait is a written response from her caretakers.

"This is our Princess who dearly is missed. We wanted a portrait of Princess and (the Artist) has captured her expression, the texture of her fur, her eyes and her essence perfectly. Princess is laying on her favorite blanket that my sister made, in her favorite spot on the back of the sofa where she could watch our coming and goings and get a quick pet on her head or kiss as we walked by. She's sticking her tongue out which is what she would always do when she was most relaxed which gave me a big smile because well...she is so very cute!!! Thank you, (Artist) we couldn't be more pleased, the painting is perfect!"
